## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director to join our International Corporate Bank team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in relationship management and senior coverage, with a focus on large conglomerates with a global presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with large conglomerates, ensuring a deep understanding of their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Represent the Bank across a range of Corporate and Investment Banking products, including lending, transaction banking, and Global & Capital Markets products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

- Ensure a strong focus on risk management and controls, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Demonstrate strong communication and commercial skills, effectively engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Exhibit a thorough understanding of industry trends and credit analysis, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

- Foster a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.

**Qualifications:**
