## Description

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our team at the Heber Valley Clinic, a multi-specialty clinic providing compassionate care for every family member. As a part of Intermountain Healthcare, you will be working with a team that is committed to helping people live the healthiest lives possible.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-quality patient care as a Family Medicine physician

- Work in a flexible schedule environment

- Collaborate with our medical group and affiliate networks

**Requirements:**

- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

- U.S. ACGME Residency
