## Description

We are seeking an Enterprise Business Consultant to join our Business Services vertical. You will lead high-impact business initiatives and drive enterprise-wide strategy. The ideal candidate will have prior consulting experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities:

- Lead critical enterprise programs that span multiple workstreams

- Act as a strategic partner within the Business Transformation Office

- Define and drive strategy for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

- Manage all phases of initiatives using established project and software development lifecycle methodologies

- Partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Technology, and other business functions

- Leverage data, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and support decision-making

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers

- Lead change management and cultural adoption efforts

- Create and present executive-level materials

- Oversee project budgets and monitor financial performance

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives

- Demonstrated experience in a consulting role or strategic advisory capacity

- Salesforce or CRM experience

- Experience working closely with data analysts and interpreting analytical models and insights

- Strong experience leveraging data and reporting tools such as Power BI

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders

- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership presence with a results-oriented mindset

Salary: $115,400 - $192,300 per year (U.S. National Base Pay Range)
