## Description

We are seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead our clinic in Renton, Washington. As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, patient care, and business development. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $95,000 to $126,552 per year.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff

- Develop and implement business strategies to grow the clinic's revenue and market share

- Ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and forecasting

- Collaborate with other clinic directors and corporate staff to achieve organisational goals

Requirements:

- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington

- At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a leadership role

- Strong business acumen and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
