We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

As a Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing automatic testing, developing toolchains to support our own development, performing peer reviews for your teammates' design and code, ensuring proper and sufficient documentation, giving show & tell for the features you work on, coordinating with other systems to carry out E2E testing, monitoring and supporting the system you develop, keeping learning new technology and best practices, owning the entire lifecycle of the tasks assigned to you all the way from discussing requirements with business to the final release, making sensible technical design decisions, and designing and developing systems on top of a vendor product in accordance with engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automatic testing

- Develop toolchains to support our own development

- Perform peer reviews for your teammates' design and code

- Ensure proper and sufficient documentation

- Give show & tell for the features you work on

- Coordinate with other systems to carry out E2E testing

- Monitor and support the system you develop

- Keep learning new technology and best practices

- Own the entire lifecycle of the tasks assigned to you all the way from discussing requirements with business to the final release

- Make sensible technical design decisions

- Design and develop systems on top of a vendor product in accordance with engineering best practices

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

- Be a quick learner and interested in learning new things

- Have an engineering mindset that strives for doing things the best way

- Have sufficient English skills to properly communicate your thinking with your peers and understand business requirements correctly

- Have a habit of writing readable and maintainable code

- We are not looking for a computer scientist but a software engineer

- Ability to work independently without supervision

- Analytical and logical thinking

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Basic understanding of data structures & practical algorithms

- Experience with automated testing, Spark, Jenkins, PostgreSQL/Clickhouse, Unix Shell

- Solid & up-to-date knowledge on Java fundamentals or any other object-oriented language

- Time management skills
