The Send High Volume team tackles the challenges unique to customers sending large amounts internationally , think relocators moving their life savings, people managing investments abroad, or businesses running a global enterprise.

As part of this team, you will be helping create an entirely new network for the world's money. You will own the technical design and delivery of large, high-stakes projects, and stay accountable for what you build long after launch.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Leading the technical design of large projects

- Building reliable, secure, and API-first solutions with clean, well-documented interfaces

- Owning what we run in production, including setting the bar for observability and testing

- Multiplying the team through mentoring, coaching, and onboarding new joiners

- Shaping the roadmap and giving strong, product-minded feedback

Requirements:

- Expert backend engineer with strong distributed-systems fundamentals

- Experience with large, impactful projects and technical design

- Product engineering mindset with ability to explain customer problems and solutions

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ownership of shipped products, including observability, security, and testing

Nice to have:

- Experience in payments, FX, fintech, or another regulated, compliance-heavy domain

- Frontend or mobile experience

- Experience shipping LLM-backed features to production
