## Description

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Planning & Analysis team. As a trusted business partner, you will provide guidance to the People & Places team and business leaders on workforce strategy and daily execution.

**Your Impact** You will translate hiring, attrition, and spend signals into clear guidance for the People & Places team, talent acquisition, and business leaders. You will own how Mollie tracks, measures, and forecasts headcount, including the headcount model, hiring plan, attrition, and open role view.

**What You'll Ship**

- Own and maintain the headcount model, hiring plan, attrition, and open role view

- Lead analytical responses to workforce questions, such as sizing hiring needs and stress testing plan assumptions

- Build and own models that break down headcount and people cost into key drivers

- Provide insights and trends in people data to the People & Places team

- Own the people and headcount view end-to-end in monthly business reviews and annual planning cycles

**What You'll Bring**

- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, workforce planning, or people analytics, ideally in a high-growth fintech, tech, or payments company

- Academic background in a quantitative or business field

- Strong modelling skills in Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with HRIS and data visualisation tools

- Experience with Pigment or a comparable planning platform

- Action-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
