## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Rushden Lakes, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued

- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be: Week 1: Mon, Thurs, Fri, Sat (11:00-17:00) Week 2: Sun, Weds (11:00-17:00)
