## Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Leader to develop, analyze, implement, and oversee both short-term and long-term strategic business processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strategic planning, development, and support for business and strategic development initiatives

- Overseeing global customer accounts and relationships

- Implementing actions based on lessons learned, driving innovation and best practices across all teams involved in the customer account

- Establishing governance structures and providing leadership in joint operational and executive meetings

- Optimizing product and brand performance to maximize financial returns

- Leveraging IQVIA's expertise to the benefit of the products and partnership

- Liaising with staff responsible for delivery of specific IQVIA services to develop project management systems and processes across internal and external stakeholders

- Ensuring delivery against key metrics, milestones, and contractual obligations across a portfolio of projects

- Recommending strategic programs to establish and maintain business partnerships

- Managing budget process to maximize clinical and commercial programs for optimal financial returns

- Recommending objectives and long-term plans to achieve partnership goals and foster sustainable business relationships

- Serving as a primary point of contact and relationship manager for customers

- Championing operational excellence in cross-business and cross-country collaborations

- Supporting the development of annual plans and leading special projects

- Identifying inorganic growth opportunities and leading M&A projects

Requirements:

- 15+ years of prior relevant experience in strategy, business development, or a related field

- Management consulting and/or corporate strategy experience is highly preferred

- Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with IQVIA services is a plus

- Fluency in both Korean and English is required
