**Technical Delivery Manager – Intern** will support program and project delivery activities across multiple technology and business teams. This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, execution tracking, and governance in a fast-paced digital transformation environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist Delivery Managers in planning, tracking, and executing project deliverables across teams.

- Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Track action items, risks, dependencies, and milestones; follow up to ensure timely closure.

- Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, sprint reports, and status dashboards.

- Coordinate with engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.

- Help monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, defect trends, and release readiness.

- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release reviews.

- Assist in preparing management updates, presentations, and governance reports.

**Learning Exposure**

- Agile and Scrum-based delivery methodologies.

- End-to-end software delivery lifecycle in a regulated domain (health insurance).

- Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

- Delivery governance, risk management, and execution tracking.

- Tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.

**Eligibility / Candidate Profile**

- Final-year students or recent graduates in Engineering, Management, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile concepts.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and presentations.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn delivery management practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, zero-to-one environment.
