## Description

As a Stock Manager at NEXT's Ripon St Michael store, you will lead a team to manage stock processes efficiently, ensuring customers receive excellent online experiences and service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the store management team and communicating effectively with the Store Manager

- Managing a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient environment

- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team

- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities

- Ensuring communication is up-to-date and accurate

You will be passionate about customers, people, and products, with a friendly and calm demeanour. You will be a great communicator, able to work at all levels, and a team player who can adapt quickly to new objectives.

The role involves working part-time, 18 hours per week, with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The salary is from £12,436.
