At HC-One, we're looking for kind, compassionate nurses to join our committed care home teams. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable.

Responsibilities:

- Build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment

- Develop complex decision making and collaborative skills

- Make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable

- Guide and support Residents in life-changing decisions

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care

- Valid Pin number

- Understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC

- Passion to mentor and share your knowledge with your Colleagues

- Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns
