## Description

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing an exceptional guest experience, upholding Food & Beverage Standards, and executing various processes to ensure a consistent experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver a fresh and abundant shopping experience for guests

- Uphold and maintain Food & Beverage Standards

- Execute food and beverage processes, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, and food safety

- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process

- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests

- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations

- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications

- Follow all food safety requirements

- Complete and record cleaning tasks

- Locate and identify damaged or expired items

- Ensure accurate inventory recording

- Execute sampling best practices

- Be knowledgeable about store products and services

- Complete required training and certifications

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work in a safe manner and report hazards

- Support guest services, such as backup cashier and order pickup

- Create a welcoming experience for guests

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate technology equipment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
