## Description

As a Shift Lead at Marks & Spencer's Clonmel store, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the sales floor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to serve, sell, and fill.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the fill operation and coaching colleagues on best practices

- Allocating resources effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Implementing daily operational processes efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role modelling great customer service and M&S behaviours

- Supporting Colleague Managers and sharing observations to drive high performance

- Being a key holder and responding to call-outs as required

- Handling tasks related to opening and closing the store, including cash handling and TSL compliance

Note that a shift premium will be applied for any hours worked before 8am.
