We are seeking a Cafe Manager to lead our team in Livingston.

As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for running a welcoming and vibrant cafe, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring high stock availability.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment

- Managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development

- Driving performance and standards, guiding colleagues to work with purpose against operational and sales targets

- Keeping operations running smoothly, planning resources thoroughly, and building strong working relationships with other store departments
