## Description

Priory Supported Living Lincolnshire is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team. This bank role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with diverse needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health requirements.

The service offers tailored support to enable individuals to live fulfilling lives in their own homes within the community. As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth operation of the service and promoting the wellbeing of patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks

- Encouraging participation in activities and community life

- Supporting service users in achieving their personal outcomes

- Maintaining accurate records and care plans

- Building positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

- Upholding safety, security, and confidentiality

- Acting as a key worker for individuals

- Promoting choice, independence, and involvement

- Contributing to continuous improvement

The role requires a caring and respectful approach, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding professional standards. Desirable experience in care or support work is beneficial, but not essential, as training is provided.
