## Description

We're looking for a Manager, Sourcing to join our Indirect Procurement Organisation. In this role, you will be the go-to for all events and marketing sourcing needs. This role will develop and implement the overall Category Strategy for marketing services and events production. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop alignment across the organisation to achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead development and implementation of category strategies to optimise vendor relationships, drive cost savings, and support execution of marketing and event initiatives.

- Develop a global supplier catalog for Marketing and Events categories.

- Deliver hands-on end-to-end sourcing services to the business.

- Serve as a trusted advisor.

- Collaborate, influence, and gain consensus by delivering compelling presentations that translate analytics to actionable strategies.

- Support the Director of Procurement and explore Professional Services including Consulting, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 10+ years of professional business experience.

- 2+ years of leadership experience.

- Proven expertise sourcing in marketing and events category in a fast-paced hi-tech environment at a global scale.

- Proven project management and strong consulting skills.

- Strong category strategy development and a record of execution excellence.

- Demonstrated comfort with frequently changing business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Event Manager experience with major companies.

- Management Consulting background.

- Analytical and process improvement approach.

- MBA or similar level of expertise.
