## Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Service to lead our international customer service team. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, developing service processes and standards, and collaborating with various teams to achieve high-quality service levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and develop a motivated customer service team

- Ensure premium customer service experiences for international clients

- Develop and improve service processes and standards

- Collaborate with logistics, production, sales, and other teams to optimize workflows

- Drive digitalization initiatives and future-proof the customer service function

**Requirements:**

- Experience in leading and developing teams

- Understanding of KPI management, process optimization, and operational excellence

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work with ERP and CRM systems

- Multiyear experience in customer service, customer experience, or sales operations

- Excellent German and English language skills

- Travel readiness (up to 10%)
