## Description

As a Team Leader at Victoria's Secret, you'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

The role involves:

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all customers

- Providing expert advice on bra fittings and helping customers find the perfect product

- Owning the merchandising and presentation of products

- Leading by example and energising the team

- Supporting the management team to achieve key KPIs across the store

- Maintaining store standards and adhering to health and safety procedures

- Carrying out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties

- Supporting new product launches and floor set moves
