## Description

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their store team at King of Prussia Mall. As a Floor Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience

- Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings

- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts

- Support in maintaining organizational integrity of the back of house

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

- Support in mitigating internal, external, and administrative loss of product

- Participate in identifying and escalating opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks

- Participate in the maintenance of Mejuri's brand standards of visual presentation

- Support with validating the integrity of display forms, graphics, furniture, and decor items

- Participate in coaching and informing store team members on updates or changes to Visual Merchandising standard practices

- Participate in the successful integration of new talent to the store team

- Validate the regular and accurate assessment of people against performance review criteria and KPIs

- Build healthy relationships with people and establish a positive and engaging work environment

Requirements:

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment

- Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly

- Excellent organization and analytical skills

- Critical thinking ability

- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
