As a Supervisor of A&B, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting teams in the breakfast, restaurant, and convenience store areas. Your tasks will include:

- Supervising and supporting teams in the A&B department

- Managing administrative controls and tasks

- Overseeing purchasing and sourcing new suppliers, as well as cost control

- Processing invoices and preparing monthly inventory reports

- Collaborating with management to identify opportunities for improvement

- Prioritising guest satisfaction and delivering unique experiences aligned with Accor's service culture

Requirements:

- Knowledge of A&B departments

- Proficiency in spreadsheets and control tools

- Team management skills

- Familiarity with sanitation regulations

- Flexibility in morning shifts (6x1 schedule)

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role or higher education will be considered advantageous
