Join Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, as a Business Development Representative focusing on the Polish market. Based in our Dublin hub, you will lead the "agentic era" of technology, helping businesses transform through AI, Data, and CRM.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Pipeline Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

- Strategic Outreach: Engaging decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).

- Sales Partnership: Working side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.

- Market Intelligence: Conducting deep account research to uncover business challenges that Salesforce can solve.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience.

- Drive: A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Communication: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply.

- Foundation: Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (Internships and leadership roles count!).

- Fluency in Polish and English.

- Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Ireland.
