## Description

We are seeking an Agentforce Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Agentforce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the vision of autonomous AI agents applied to sales for our Emerging Business Unit (EBU) accounts. You will work closely with our Account Executives to accelerate pipeline growth and close deals.

Responsibilities:

- Act as an overlay specialist in Agentforce, identifying and developing opportunities within existing accounts

- Conduct needs discovery and technical-commercial qualification, connecting customer pain points to the Agentforce solution

- Present demos and build business value narratives for sales, CX, and executive leadership stakeholders

- Develop and execute account plans with AE, SE, and CSM

- Collaborate with Solution Engineering on POCs, technical validations, and customized use cases

- Maintain up-to-date pipeline, forecast, and activities in CRM

- Contribute to GTM strategies, enablement, and product feedback with the specialist team

Requirements:

- Proven experience in SaaS/enterprise sales with a history of exceeding targets

- Experience in a specialization/overlay sales model, collaborating with core Account Executives

- Ability to translate technical concepts of AI/automation into clear business value for various stakeholders

- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce) is highly desirable

- Fluency in Portuguese; advanced English proficiency is desirable
