## Description

The Team Leader manages a team of Content Analysts who update data from financial reports. The role involves day-to-day management, ensuring high-quality updates and fast turnaround times.

Responsibilities include:

- Motivating, supporting, and developing staff to adapt to changing business requirements

- Inspiring the team to meet customer requirements and improve quality standards

- Advising the team on matters affecting their job performance

- Training staff to understand the broad picture and make good decisions

- Maintaining a stable operational environment and allocating duties within the team

- Prioritizing operational activities and advising leaders of potential difficulties

- Using Six Sigma processes to collate statistical information and improve quality

- Communicating effectively with global data personnel and adopting best practices

- Championing AI adoption and measuring business impact

- Leading the team and handling escalations/issues

- Driving the Content Incentive Plan and communicating performance to staff

- Communicating the Pay for Performance culture and principles

The ideal candidate has prior experience in financial data collection or content production, good knowledge of financial content, and strong interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with prior management experience and a background in finance.
