## Description

As an HR Manager, you will provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters. You will manage onboarding and induction of all new hires, provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes, perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements, manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support, and perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters

- Manage onboarding and induction of all new hires

- Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes

- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements

- Manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support

- Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies: workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training

- Support of other regional teams on occasional basis

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity

- Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus

- Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures

- Experience of working with external vendors

- Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments

- English level: B2+
