## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Faversham, Kent. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service to customers

- Assist customers with queries and resolve issues in a professional manner

- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including shelves and displays

- Support colleagues with tasks and responsibilities

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform tasks efficiently

- Develop knowledge of products, services, and promotions to make recommendations to customers

**Contract Details:**

- Part-time position with 12 contract hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/09/2027

- Availability required on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday evenings between 16:00 and 22:00
