## Description

Howden Life & Health, part of the global insurance group Howden, is seeking a Private Medical Insurance Adviser. This role involves working with a selected panel of insurers to provide personalised insurance advice to clients. You will follow up leads from high-quality sources, provide advice on Health Insurance products, and aim to hit sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Follow up leads from high-quality sources like Compare the Market and Money Supermarket

- Provide advice to customers on Health Insurance products, balancing customer service with sales targets

- Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth

- Assess client's needs and deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

- Ensure clients receive the most appropriate advice and service

- Build effective relationships to ensure clients get the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products

- Identify and respond to up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:

- Positive, motivated, and proven drive to achieve results

- Passion to go above and beyond for customers

- Proactive with a natural drive to succeed

- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment
