## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to own customer engagements end-to-end, from executive business case to rapid design and deployment of automated process solutions on the Agentforce platform.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary strategic advisor to enterprise stakeholders, building a deep understanding of business goals and operational pain points.

- Build business cases and define success criteria up front: KPIs such as cycle time and cost per transaction, with a measured baseline.

- Own multi-year roadmaps for process Blueprints and automation, balancing strategic direction with near-term execution.

- Lead structured discovery and turn it into a solution design and a first working version in days to weeks.

- Automate business processes end-to-end, deciding what stays in the ERP, what is automated around it, and what AI decides versus people.

- Build hands-on with AI agents and prompting tools: design prompts, structure outputs with schemas and examples, and debug and iterate when they fail.

- Translate strategic goals into clear PRDs and technical acceptance criteria.

- Deliver in continuous build loops, proving value and expanding scope toward AI-first operations.

- Own delivery end-to-end through go-live: scoping, build, UAT, data migration, and cutover, managing scope change along the way.

Required qualifications:

- 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Forward Deployed roles, Strategic or Management Consulting, Product Management, Process Automation, or Business Analysis.

- Domain depth in supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes.

- Hands-on experience building AI or agent-based automation.

- Experience engaging enterprise executives in B2B SaaS to build business cases and long-term roadmaps.

- Proven track record owning engagements from discovery through go-live.

The typical base salary range for this position is $117,200 - $260,100 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $141,200 - $285,800 annually.
