## Description

As a (Senior) Loss Prevention Officer at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Responsibilities include:

- Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access

- Monitor CCTV systems, perimeter alarms, and fire life safety systems

- Respond to accidents and emergencies, and provide first aid or CPR as needed

- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report safety hazards

- Escort unwelcome persons from the property and handle interruptions and complaints

- Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of security-related documents

- Conduct investigations and gather evidence

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
