## Description

We are seeking an Associate to join the Scaled Advisory Engagement Team within EMEA Wealth Advisory at BlackRock. The team is responsible for delivering a technology-enabled sales approach to the independent wealth management and financial adviser market. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting BlackRock's growth across the German advisory market.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Reaching out to financial advisors via phone to start meaningful conversations

- Understanding advisor needs and identifying potential business opportunities

- Developing initial relationships with advisors through regular follow-ups and consistent communication

- Continuously building knowledge of financial markets, investment solutions, and sales techniques

- Using internal CRM tools to keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and next steps

- Collaborating closely with senior sales colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise across business development, financial markets, sales, relationship management, and client engagement. You will leverage data, technology, and market insights to connect with advisers, understand their business needs, and create meaningful opportunities for the broader sales team.

The salary range for this role is 10,000,000 - 14,500,000 HUF. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
