## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with Data Analytics to join our team in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will combine business systems analysis skills with a strong foundation in data analytics to drive business growth and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Define project scope and objectives through research, surveys, and analysis of business requirements

- Analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements

- Develop or modify moderate-complexity solutions and processes to meet business needs

- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement using data and technology

- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and business metrics using BI tools

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement data-driven integrations and solutions

- Analyze data quality, consistency, and integrity, and propose corrective actions as needed

- Provide support and mentoring to less experienced analysts

- Evaluate the impact of new technologies, tools, and processes on the current business environment

- Participate in digital transformation initiatives, reporting, and process optimization through data analysis

**Technical Requirements:**

- **Data and Analytics:** Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and report generation to support business decisions and process optimization

- **SQL / SQL Server:** Development and optimization of queries, handling of joins, CTEs, window functions, and stored procedures

- **Python:** Use of Pandas and NumPy, data manipulation and analysis, process automation, and API consumption and integration

- **Power BI:** Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development and maintenance

- **Advanced Excel:** Power Query, dynamic tables, XLOOKUP, and advanced functions

**Desirable Skills:**

- Experience with other Business Intelligence tools like Tableau

- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps for version control and technical collaboration

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience

- At least two years of experience in systems analysis, functional analysis, business analysis, reporting, data analytics, or related roles

- Demonstrated ability to understand business and client requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions

- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python

- Experience working with relational databases, system integrations, and APIs

- Understanding of Data Engineering concepts, ETL/ELT, data quality, and information modeling
