Account Manager Bolzano (all genders)

Join our motivated, high-performance team in Bolzano. As an Account Manager, you will be the main contact person for our hosts in South Tyrol who want to list their vacation rentals via our platform. You will advise them on how to use our product, coordinate the going live of our vacation rentals, and help hosts with all post-booking related questions to ensure a continuously high level of customer-oriented service.

You will interact with our product and content team to guarantee a smooth onboarding process. Building strong relationships by conducting regular business meetings with our key-customers and actively supporting them in increasing revenues is also a key aspect of this role. You will improve the performance of your accounts by analyzing existing data and develop a solution-oriented strategy. Additionally, you will organize lead generating and networking events to build a community of hosts.
