Join Target in Bengaluru, India, as a Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Recovery Audit team member.

**Job Summary:** Review, analyze, and audit Target's promotion, sales, defectives, and promotional/non-promotional contracts to identify and recover revenue leakages by partnering with vendor partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Audit Target's Promotion, Sales, Defectives, and promotional/non-promotional Contracts to identify potential revenue leakages

- Collaborate with vendors and buyers to recover potential revenue leakages for Target

- Use critical thinking and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to enhance vendor income audit findings

- Identify root cause of audit findings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to make process changes that reduce/eliminate revenue leakage

- Partner across other teams to learn new methods to interpret data and develop new ways of analyzing large volumes of data

- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of disputes and questions raised by vendors on audit findings

- Highlight findings and share feedback on audit process in a timely manner

- Support technology changes/transformations through continuous inputs and play a key role in testing and implementation

- Support key projects/initiatives that can help streamline the existing process or enhance the audit scope

- Work in a cross-functional team and collaborate with startup to ensure all deliverables are met on time

**Requirements:**

- College degree (Business, Accounting preference)

- 2-4 years of recovery audit experience

- Strong written and oral communications skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong MS Office skills (Excel proficiency a must)

- Strong analytical/problem-solving/decision-making skills

- Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative

- Expertise in collaborating with vendor partners

- Recovery Audit/B2B Collection Experience

**Desired Requirements:**

- Previous experience/certifications in data analytics
