## Description

We are seeking polished and service-driven back servers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment at AVA Winter Park, part of the Riviera Dining Group.

Back servers play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and fully prepared while supporting servers and management in delivering seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings in dining and service areas throughout the shift.

- Support guest service by greeting guests and assisting servers and managers as needed.

- Ensure service stations are fully stocked with silverware, dishes, napkins, and mise en place.

- Anticipate guest needs and provide timely, professional, and courteous support in a fast-paced environment.

- Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining positive guest and co-worker relationships.

- Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage.

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.

- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
