## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You will work early mornings, Thursday to Sunday, 04:00-08:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience. You will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, working in a high-pressure environment, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Meeting strong customer demand

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working across various areas of the store
