## Description

We are seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to support the delivery of the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting cycle within Barclaycard Payments (BPL).

The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate FP&A Lead to contribute to the management of the P&L, producing high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing month-end results, forecasts, and planning processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information

- Providing insights into key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed variance analysis and performance reporting

- Maintaining financial models, reporting packs, and planning assumptions

- Supporting continuous improvements to processes and reporting capabilities

The ideal candidate will have:

- A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), with experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and identify key performance drivers, trends, and risks

- Ability to analyse and understand large-scale datasets, translating complex information into clear and actionable insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present financial information clearly and concisely
