## What you'll do

You'll have experience with Databricks and modern data architectures? You want to design and implement innovative data platforms and support customers in their digital transformation? Then come to our team and bring your expertise to exciting projects - from strategic architecture planning to the implementation of complex Databricks solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business- und IT-Stakeholdern, um Datenanforderungen zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen auf Basis von Databricks zu Design und Implementierung skalierbarer Datenarchitekturen, Data-Pipelines und AI-Workflows mit Databricks, Cloud-Plattformen sowie mit additiven Tools wie dbt.

- Durchführung von Workshops, technischen Deep-Dives und Proof-of-Concepts zur Validierung von Lösungsansätzen

- Umsetzung datengetriebener Lösungen – je nach Erfahrung in Rollen wie Data Engineer, Developer, Data Scientist, Analyst, ML Engineer oder Administrator

- Beratung von Best Practices in Entwicklung, Sicherheit, Governance und kontinuierliche Integration neuer Databricks-Funktionen

- Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Databricks Projekte

## What you need

To be well-prepared for your way as an Advanced Analytics & Databricks Expert (all genders), you have the following qualifications in your luggage:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium und mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung mit der Databricks-Plattform in Rollen wie Data Engineer, Developer, Analyst, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Administrator oder Projektleiter, Teamlead, Architekt

- Leidenschaft für Datenlösungen, Cloud-Technologien und Machine Learning

- Expertise in Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark), ETL/ELT-Prozessen und Datenmodellierung, inklusive Erfahrung mit SQL, Cloud-Plattformen sowie Analyse, Versionskontrolle und CI/CD-Pipelines
