## What you'll do

You'll be responsible for various tasks in projects related to process optimization and digital transformation. This includes implementing and further developing digital products and IT solutions, creating reports and presentations on project status, planning and developing internal training concepts, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting.

- Bearbeitung von Teilaufgaben in Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung und digitalen Transformation

- Umsetzung von Arbeitsschritten bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte und IT-Lösungen

- Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen zum Projektstatus

- Planung und Ausarbeitung von internen Trainingskonzepten sowie Entwicklung von Schulungsinhalten und Materialien

- Auswertung von Kennzahlen (KPIs) im Rahmen des Reportings

## What you need

You'll need a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. First-hand experience in project and process management is desirable. You should have a secure grasp of MS Office and good German and English language skills. You should also be a team player with high communication skills and a structured and independent working style.

- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, BWL oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

- Erste Praxiserfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement wünschenswert

- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
