## Description

Notion is seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager to lead a team in the UKI region. As a Solutions Consultant Manager, you will own the commercial performance of your team, coach Solutions Consultants, and contribute to the regional operating cadence.

Responsibilities:

- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes

- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion

- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence

- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion

- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy and outbound targeting

- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs and renewal strategy

- Represent your team or region in leadership forums

Requirements:

- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales

- Frontline sales management experience

- Strong coaching orientation

- Commercial instincts at the team level

- Curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results

Nice to Haves:

- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business

- Track record building high-performing regional teams

We offer highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The estimated range for total on-target earnings is £294,000 per year.
