## Description

We are seeking a Business Support Team Leader to join our team in London. As a Business Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Support Administrators, planning and delivering business support services, and ensuring that stakeholders receive a high-quality, responsive service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and delivery of business support services

- Manage and allocate workloads to ensure effective service delivery

- Identify and carry out training and development for the team

- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

- Support the implementation of service level agreements

- Act as the key escalation point for workload and service delivery matters

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to increase profitability

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing and leading teams

- Extensive experience leading administration, business support or operational teams

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Experience balancing demand, resource planning and workload management

- Ability to make informed decisions and prioritise effectively

- Effective collaborator and communicator

- Advanced level of Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
