## Description

We are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at our Rushden site. As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Manufacturing site.

You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment

- Responding promptly to machinery breakdowns and performing repairs

- Carrying out machine adjustments and changeovers to support production line efficiency

- Monitoring and calibrating equipment to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety standards

- Collaborating with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

- Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities

- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies

The ideal candidate will have:

- Qualifications to NVQ level 3 in mechanical/electrical engineering

- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in FMCG industry

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery

- Proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to ensuring equipment reliability

- Good understanding of HACCP principles and IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations

- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
