## Description

Priory SL Hull and East Riding is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join the team as a Bank role.

Priory Supported Living Hull and East Riding provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions, and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability, or mental health needs. The support provided by the service is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by the philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the people who use the service have any personal needs or requirements met, including personal care, participation in activities, and support with daily living tasks.

- Complete daily administration, including updating person-centred support and care plans, updating charts, and completing accurate daily notes.

- Maintain professional relationships while developing a good rapport with the people who use the service, their family, colleagues, visitors, and other stakeholders.

- Contribute to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards through own professional behaviour.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or a related area, or an equivalent or higher recognised qualification.

- GCSEs or an NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths.

- Resilience is key, as the work can be challenging.
