## Description

As a Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will focus on leading and contributing to select projects, working with senior stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with senior executives across functions to set strategy and drive key business initiatives. Your tasks will include developing outstanding insights on markets, competitors, and business trends, and disseminating this knowledge across Agoda to inform key decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of analysts/managers on selected projects/requests from top management

- Help shape and drive internal performance analysis relevant to corporate goal setting

- Conduct industry and competitor data analysis to support priority definition

- Develop draft business strategies and share with corporate strategy function

- Support the creation of high-quality materials for senior stakeholders

- Help organize Quarterly Business Reviews and other select team ceremonies

- Track Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and conduct deep-dives on strategic topics

Requirements:

- Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a technology or travel-focused company

- Degree in BS or BA required

- 6-8 years of consulting experience is a strong plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Ability to think strategically, learn fast, and understand new business dynamics

- Ability to drive projects independently and engage stakeholders

- Excellent ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders

Nice to Have:

- Ability to use AI-generated queries and visualizations

- Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, or automation tools

This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand, with a relocation package provided.
