## Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build and scale a new fincrime product engineering team. You'll own the vision and roadmap for partner-specific financial crime controls across fraud, AML, screening, and internal tooling.

Responsibilities:

- Own the roadmap for Wise Platform fincrime controls and investigator tooling, balancing risk mitigation, operational load, and partner experience.

- Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, compliance, operations and partner teams.

- Develop deep domain understanding of Wise Platform partner models and how fincrime risks present differently in embedded/correspondent-like use cases versus consumer/business.

- Improve UX and user experience of internal tools and workflows used to review alerts/cases, making investigations faster, safer, and more consistent.

- Use data to drive decisions. Define success metrics, monitor effectiveness, and continuously tune what we ship.

- Represent Wise Platform across Wise, ensuring alignment with broader control changes and building strong stakeholder relationships with other teams in fincrime domains.

Qualifications:

- Product management experience delivering meaningful outcomes in a cross-functional, operationally complex environment.

- Strong problem framing and prioritisation skills.

- Comfort working with technical and non-technical partners, and ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

- A delivery mindset: you can ship iteratively, measure impact, and adapt quickly.
