## Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Cross Border (Sea & Land Freight) to join our team in Guangzhou, China. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including sales, operations, and suppliers, to design and quote cross-border sea and land freight solutions.

The role involves:

- Designing and quoting sea and land freight solutions, including full container loads, less-than-container loads, and door-to-door services

- Analyzing customer inquiries, cargo characteristics, and transportation routes to develop competitive and executable logistics solutions

- Conducting cost control and providing feasible solutions

- Collaborating with suppliers, including shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

- Maintaining market knowledge and updating internal cost tables

- Participating in business negotiations and contract signing

- Tracking supplier performance and suggesting improvements

- Analyzing data and providing insights to optimize logistics solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or shipping

- Experience in sea and land freight business, operations, or marketing

- Strong market awareness and cost control skills

- Excellent communication and data analysis skills

- Fluency in Chinese and English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

The salary range for this position is ¥7,000 - ¥12,000 per month.
