## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Germany. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will work in our advisory centres, connecting with customers through digital channels and providing personalised advice on various banking topics.

**Your Tasks**

- Provide tailored advice to private customers via digital media (phone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalisation, and investment products.

- Confidently utilise digital media in customer consultations.

**Your Skills and Experience**

- You have completed a banking-related education or hold a comparable qualification.

- You possess good knowledge of the product range for private customers.

- You have sales skills and enjoy interacting with customers.

- You are a communicative and open-minded individual who works well in teams.

- You are highly motivated to continuously develop your expertise.

- You are proficient in using computer and software applications.

- You are open to new technologies and utilise digital applications, including AI-powered tools, to support your daily work.
