## Description

We are looking for an experienced Transportation Logistics Specialist to manage IT hardware logistics across the APAC region, focusing on air freight and road transport. You will handle day-to-day execution of shipments, RMA and RMS flows, customs coordination, and inter-facility transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations:

- Manage end-to-end transport of IT hardware across APAC lanes.

- Coordinate air freight and road transport scheduling and delivery execution.

- Handle RMA and RMS shipments within the APAC region.

- Manage equipment transfers between warehouses and data center facilities.

- Maintain visibility over active shipments and resolve transit issues.

Coordination & Documentation:

- Coordinate with data center operations teams.

- Maintain accurate in-transit inventory records and chain-of-custody documentation.

- Manage shipment-related documentation and customs clearance processes.

- Process and reconcile logistics invoices.

Compliance & Quality:

- Ensure shipments comply with APAC regulations.

- Manage duties, taxes, and customs declarations.

- Maintain audit-ready documentation.

- Establish and enforce SLAs and KPIs with carriers and forwarders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with hardware engineering, procurement, finance, and data center operations.

- Collaborate with OEM suppliers based in Taiwan.

- Act as the primary escalation point for transport-related issues.

Planning & Cost Management:

- Forecast transportation demand across APAC.

- Identify cost optimisation opportunities.

- Track and report on regional logistics costs.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics management.

- Deep knowledge of APAC freight markets and air freight lanes.

- Proven experience managing high-value IT hardware shipments.

- Strong understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance.

- Experience managing and negotiating with carriers and forwarders.
