## Description

We are looking for a Team Lead - Project Management (d/f/m) to join our Experience & Engineering business unit in Germany. As a Team Lead, you will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan, coordinate, and implement complex online and e-commerce projects, ensuring milestone fulfillment.

- Manage projects from preparation to completion, controlling key figures to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.

- Act as a central interface in communication and requirement clarification between internal and external stakeholders and implementing expert teams.

- Provide confident and proactive advice and support to clients.

- Utilize knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting.

- Lead an interdisciplinary project team across locations, maintaining regular and close contact.

**Requirements:**

- At least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role or direct consulting in a corporate environment.

- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role.

- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

- Practical experience in technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.

- Experience in (multi-)project management and classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g., Asana or Jira).

- Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers, designing project plans with milestones and dependencies, and documenting deadlines with clients.

- Ability to work independently, with a high sense of quality and responsibility.

- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA.
