As an Account Executive, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our new business.

## Responsibilities

- Evangelize AI transformation by spearheading the growth and adoption of Fin across your given territory

- Maintain category-leading and differentiating knowledge of AI as the category evolves

- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, through a highly consultative sales approach

- Manage a varying volume of complex 6-figure new business deals

- Articulate Fin's value and differentiation using the Command of the Message framework / MEDDPICC

- Learn from sales leaders how to drive true control of your business

- Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers, and the wider solutions team to win flagship logos in the market

- Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners

## Requirements

- Business fluency in French

- Experience meeting and exceeding quota in a closing role, with a track record of selling SaaS or DBaaS

- Experience, passion, and success in outbound prospecting

- Strong sales acumen and a general interest in the businesses you work with

- Experience selling products with technical complexity or thorough implementation

- AI fluent and/or deep interest in AI tooling

- Comfortable and energized operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization
