## Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our team at 10 Hammersmith Broadway, providing excellent HIV and sexual and reproductive healthcare in West London.

The successful candidate will have strong advanced practice skills and knowledge, and be committed to ongoing professional development. You will work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical leadership and contributing to business planning and research initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing high-quality clinical services within a clinical governance framework

- Offering clinical guidance and specialist advice to the nursing team

- Developing and maintaining collaborative working with clinical and educational networks

- Leading on specified development and outreach projects within the clinic

- Managing total episodes of care within your own scope of professional practice

- Supplying and administering medicines under Patient Group Directions or as a Non-Medical Prescriber

The salary range for this post is £58,133 to £65,261 per annum, pro-rata, inclusive of HCAS. This is a fixed-term contract for 10 months, with flexible working patterns available.

To be eligible, you must be a registered nurse with a contraception qualification, and be willing to undertake a Non-Medical Prescribing course. Extensive experience in GUM, contraception services, and outreach or non-NHS services is also required.
